Paneer and Soya Wrap
Preparation Time- 20 minutes

Serves 4
Ingredients
- Paneer (cottage cheese), grated- 1 Cup
- Soya granules, soaked- 1/2 Cup
- 4 Refined flour (maida) rotis, readymade
- 2 Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
- 2 Green chillies, chopped
- Chaat masala- 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs- 1/2 Cup
- Oil for frying
- Medium cabbage, shredded- 1/4
- 1 Medium beetroot cut into thin strips
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 1 Medium carrot cut into strips
- Vinegar- 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1/4 tsp
- Green chutney- 4 tbsp
Method to Prepare
Mix together the soya granules, potatoes, cottage cheese, green chilli, 1 tsp chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, salt and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into either cylinders or patties. Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a non-stick pan. Shallow-fry the patties on it, make sure they are cooked from all sides. To make the salad, combine the cabbage, beetroot, onion and carrot in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp chaat masala, salt vinegar and lemon juice and then mix well. Spread 1 tbsp chutney onto a roti. Put a patty on one side sprinkle a little chaat masala on top and then top it with a portion of the salad. Roll the roti. Prepare more wraps with the remaining ingredients.
